On this Travel With Me Tuesday, I’m taking you to one of my favorite places on the planet! Cinderella Castle!
The name used to bug me. I still think it should be called Cinderella’s castle, because in my mind, it’s all hers. But I digress…ha!
It’s no secret that the Disney castles were heavy inspiration for the buildings and vibe in the Once Upon Academy stories! Cinderella Castle, at the Magic Kingdom, has many elements that are just perfect for fairytale descendants!
One of my favorite memories is my daughter’s second birthday at Cinderella’s Royal Table. When your family’s name is called, you are ushered straight into a photo op in a grand hall with Cinderella herself!
Upstairs, the magical dining experience awaits! Look at those gorgeous stained glass windows! Our princess was gifted with a wand and immediately began to “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo” us — until the princess started coming ’round!
The food arrived before Belle made it to our table. Not even a book-loving princess can steal attention from our cake-loving girl, haha!
“Sorry, Belle, can we talk later? I’m eating my cake!” Haha!
